PAYMENT POLICY

We accept payments with PayPal, major credit cards and Money Order/ Cashier’s Check. Customers with PayPal (www.paypal.com for further info) accounts can send payments to: payments@buywtg.com. Money Order/ Cashier’s Check have to be made payable to World TG.:

Please include the order number with your payment

We ship internationally. For international customers, making payments with PayPal is recommended. If you are using credit cards, please make sure that your billing address matches credit card bank records.

International Buyers Please Note:

* Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

* Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

 

The company reserves the right to change pricing at any time without a prior notice.

SHIPPING POLICY

 We ship within 1 business day or the same day if order is placed before 3:30 PM CT / except Holidays and Weekends /. Shipping time and cost depend on the delivery address and shipping option you choose. Please feel free to choose the best option for you from our check-out system. After selecting the "Shipping Method," choose from the drop-down menu and the total cost will be shown on the right-hand side before you process the payment.

 

RETURN POLICY

In accordance with the universal retail policy we allow returns for exchanges or store credits (for future use without expiration date) within a 7 days after receiving the items as follows.

For exchange or store credit, less shipping cost:

1. A return authorization number (RMA#) should be obtained via e-mail to support@buywtg.com

2. Write the RMA# on outside of the package as well as on the enclosed packing slip with a note for the exchange/credit.

3. Return postmarks the package within 7 days of the receipt/delivery of the merchandise. For Express orders, return package must be postmarked within 24 hours of receipt.

 

Please note that any problems with the merchandise or order must be reported immediately and returns must be postmarked within the time limit as stated above.

 

It is important that the return package is postmarked within the specified time under ANY circumstances for proper credit (even if RMA# was unobtained due to holidays, internet failure, etc.) Saturday is counted as 1 day but Sunday is not counted. Under no circumstances, items will be accepted after the occasion date!

All merchandise must be returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION, with the original tag, in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING. It is very important that the return items arrive in new, resalable condition, in original packaging to ensure full credit. The company reserves the right to refuse or impose 25-75% restocking fees on all unauthorized, late, damaged, and/or items missing labels. Returns sent after the allowed period of time will be shipped back to the customer, and all costs incurred in returning the item will be charged to the customer.

Exchanges are subject to the regular shipping and handling charges.

No returns are allowed for wholesale orders or special orders.
